The Teleporter is an invention created by Aviva Corcovado. Its purpose is to teleport objects, most commonly used to send Creature Power Discs from the Tortuga to the Kratt brothers on their adventures. If not Creature Power Discs, it sends inventions of Aviva's. It is unable to teleport living beings. Jimmy Z typically operates the Teleporter, using his controller; if he is not available, Aviva or Koki will do it (though their aim is not as reliable). As an important Wild Kratts invention, the Teleporter has appeared in almost every episode.
The Teleporter Activation Ring on Raging Bull's horn
The Teleporter has an Activation Ring that is required for the machine to work. In "Where the Bison Roam", the ring had gotten dusty and the Teleporter wasn't functioning properly. Jimmy removed the ring to clean it, but accidentally dropped it out of the Tortuga, where it landed on the horn of a bison (Raging Bull). The rest of the episode was centered on the Wild Kratts' efforts to retrieve the Activation Ring, which they eventually did with the help of Bison Power.
