Trivia[]
- The baby animals Martin forgot to name until this episode:
- Baby orangutan in Season 1's "A Huge Orange Problem"
- Baby fossa in Season 3's "Foosa-Palooza"
- Baby box turtles in Season 4's "Box Turtled In!"
- Baby ocelots in Season 6's "Spots in the Desert"
- Baby bat-eared foxes in Season 6's "Cats and Dogs"
- This is the 3rd appearance of the Draco Lizard Creature Power Suit.
- This is the second time we see the Draco Suit without goggles. The first being in its debut episode. However, whilst that was an animation error, this episode shows that they are removable.
- There are a few noticeable animation inconsistencies throughout the episode:
- Chris and Martin are shown to be inserting their Creature Power Discs in Madagascar and Borneo, respectively, despite the fact that they were using their power suits to travel to those habitats.
- Whenever the team group calls to share a "wow fact," Martin and Chris are shown to be in their human form, even though previous and later scenes still show them to be activated in their suits.
- Martin's dream sequence, according to his voice actor, pays a homage to the Heffalumps and Woozles nightmare from the 1968 Disney featurette, Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day.[1]
- During Martin's dream, he calls a baby crocodile "Crocodillia", despite not giving that name to any of the crocodile hatchlings in "Mom of a Croc."
- It's possible there was confusion with Crocodilla, the mother crocodile from the aforementioned episode.
- Also possibly relevant, Crocodilia is the name of the order that includes crocodiles, gharials, alligators, and caimans.
- Martin thinks that he named the ostrich chick Stretch Jr. in "Uh Oh Ostrich", but it was actually Chris who named her.
- Martin and Chris activate two of the same Creature Powers they use in the intro (Peregrine Falcon Power and Draco Lizard Power).
- In the episode's live-action opening segment, Chris and Martin say that if they didn't have names, they would just be "Green Guy" and "Blue Boy". These are Zach Varmitech's nicknames for the animated version of Chris and Martin.
- Some of the unnamed baby animals that weren't in Martin's dream were the baby softshell turtles from "Mom of a Croc", the walrus calf from "Polar Bears Don't Dance," Razor-Mouth's triplets from "Stuck on Sharks," Little Howler’s siblings from “Little Howler”, the baby raccoons from "Masked Bandits," Pounce More’s sister from “Caracal-Minton”, the porcupette sisters from “Quillber's Birthday Present”, Spaceship's chicks from "To Touch a Hummingbird", Lockjaw's hatchlings from "Gila Monster Under My House", Rollo's pups from "Journey to the Subnivean Zone," Slider’s siblings from "Slider: The Otter”, Spirit Jr.'s black bear sibling from "Spirit Bear", Voltage's babies from "Eel-lectric!", Spot Swat's adoptive warthog piglet siblings from "Cheetah Adopted," Hero Jr.'s siblings from "Wild Kratts Alaska: Hero's Journey", the Komodo dragon hatchlings from "Komodo Dragon", Gulo's kits from "Iron Wolverine," Witty's kittens from "Cats and Dogs", and Clever's chicks from "Clever the Raven". But since Martin didn't say that he forgot to name them, it's possible that he named them offscreen.
- Even though Little G was one of the baby animals in Martin's dream, Chris was the one who named him in "Wild Kratts Alaska: Hero's Journey".
- Target the chameleon is seen in Martin's dream. But in "A Creature Christmas", Martin says that Target isn't a baby chameleon.
- This is the second episode to show the entire Wild Kratts team in wetsuits. The first being the Season 3 episode, "Capture the Fishmobile".
