Mosquito-bots are mosquito-like robots created by Zach Varmitech to steal the Tortuga's computer data. However, as he programmed them to follow the heat signitures of aircraft engines (much like how mosquitoes follow the heat of a creature's breath), they ended up chasing his plane, as its engines were warmer than Tortuga's. They weren't seen after the episode "Mosquito Dragon", suggesting Zach got rid of them and ditched the idea.

• A Mosquito-bot was among Zach's collection of inventions displayed in "Back in Creature Time: Day of the Dodo"
• Giant versions of the Mosquito-bot appear as enemies in the Amazin' Amazon Adventure game.
