Little X is a Tasmanian tiger joey who first appeared in the Season 3 episode "Back in Creature Time: Tasmanian Tiger." His parents are Tasmom and Tasdad.
Background[]
When Chris, Martin and Aviva used the Time Trampoline to travel to Tasmania in the 1880s, they encountered Little X and his family. Martin named the joey from the X-shaped stripe pattern in his fur. Little X and his family attempted to hunt a pair of red kangaros, but were nearly run over by a truck in the process. Soon they were endangered by the arrival of sheep farmer, Shonita Donata and her henchman Shabio, who aimed to wipe out the thylacine population to establish a fashion empire.
The Kratt brothers activated their Creature Power Suits with Tasmanian Tiger Power and taught them to avoid humans and sheep to ensure the survival of the species. Martin tried to smuggle him back to the present, but was reluctant and realized that it wasn't the right thing to do when he saw how sad his parents were. Martin then brought Little X back to his family and returned to the present.
Eventually, Little X and his family died off as the rest of the thylacine population was hunted to extinction. Despite this, the Kratts were able to remember him via a baby tooth and a tuft of fur that Martin brought with him to the future so that they can always activate Tasmanian Tiger Power in the future.
Physical Appearance[]
Little X is a young Tasmanian tiger with mostly peach-colored fur above and tan underneath. His legs, rump, and areas around his face also have patches of tan. He has several black stripes that extend from the tail to the center of his body. His eyes are bright yellow-orange and his nose is black.
