Huge-O is a huge male Bornean orangutan who first appeared in the Season 1 episode "A Huge Orange Problem". When Aviva, Koki and Jimmy get carried away swinging on vines, their muscles get so incredibly sore that they can no longer do anything. So Chris and Martin try to make their way through the Indonesian rainforest to get the first aid kit back to them. But Huge-O keeps tossing them back through the forest, right near an orangutan mom and baby. Here they learn that orangutans use Dracaena leaves and chew it into a lotion to ease muscle soreness. The Kratt brothers return to the Tortuga with the orangutan medicine to help their friends. But they soon find out that Zach has sent his Zachbots to cut down the trees of the Indonesian forest, so Chris and Martin activate Orangutan Powers to stop them. With some help from Huge-O, the bros get rid of the saw-armed Zachbots and save the home of the orangutans.

- He was temporarily named "The Big Strong Guy That Won't Let Us Get Back To The Tortuga" to indicate how he was constantly tossing the Kratt brothers away from the Tortuga, but he was later officially renamed to Huge-O because the original name was too long.
- Huge-O is arguably one of, if not the most intelligent animal that the Wild Kratts crew has encountered. Not only did he figure out that Aviva, Koki, and Jimmy had sore muscles, but he also knew that they were friends with Chris and Martin and that they were trying to help them. He knew exactly where and how far to throw the brothers every time they tried to get past him and didn't stop until they had collected the Dracaena leaves he wanted them to find. Additionally, he knew that Zach and his Zachbots were a threat to his home and, perhaps most remarkably, that Chris and Martin needed to touch him to activate their Creature Power Suits.
