The Fishmobiles are underwater vehicles built by Aviva. They made their first appearance in the Season 3 episode "Capture the Fishmobile".

- In "Capture the Fishmobile", Martin and Chris tested out the Fishmobiles by synchronizing their movements with a school of menhaden. Afterwards, they met up with the rest of the Wild Kratts team and told Aviva and Koki that, although they like the Fishmobiles, they felt that there was a better way to travel across the open ocean. They weren't convinced, so the Kratt brothers came up with a game called Capture the Fishmobile. They will each use their own Fishmobiles to join a school of menhaden while Martin and Chris will use Creature Powers to try and catch them before sunset.
- In "Eel-lectric!", Chris used a Fishmobile to encourage Voltage to give off an electric shock powerful enough to start up the Mobile Invention Kit.
- In "Spirit Bear", Chris used a Fishmobile to travel with a school of salmon to test his hypothesis that spirit bears have white fur because it makes them harder for fish to spot. This version of the Fishmobile was different in that it could be piloted while sitting down instead of having to lay on the stomach.
