The Falcon Flyer is an invention of Aviva. It is often used as a source of transportation by the Kratt brothers. It was introduced in the episode Let the Rhinos Roll.

The Falcon Flyer was first introduced in Let the Rhinos Roll; as Chris Kratt and his brother, Martin Kratt were witnesses to a rhinoceros stampede, a baby rhinoceros was left in confusion. After its conclusion; Martin decided to take the rhino, which he named Nubs, while Chris decided to investigate the source of the stampede. The Falcon Flyer was built as the Createrra had received damage from a charging rhino (along with the stampede). It was then transported to the brothers.
