The Dolphin Decoder is a device made by Aviva with the purpose to help the Kratt brothers speak "dolphinese" to a pod of bottlenose dolphins to try and understand their language. It was first used to communicate with dolphin calves Click and Whistle. It debuted in the Season 2 episode "Speaking Dolphinese".
