The Common Eastern Bumble Bee (Bombus impatiens) is the most common bumble bee species in eastern North America. They are very important pollinators in their range.

Their nests are underground tunnels with an entrance tunnel up to 9 feet long and a nest up to 3 feet underground. They do not have a specific nest pattern, as they lay eggs all over the place.
