Buckaroo is a male white-tailed deer. Named by Martin Kratt, he made his appearance in the Season 6 episode "Deer Buckaroo.".
Personality[]
As a fawn, Buckaroo was very playful and friendly, but as a buck he is massive and very strong. But he is still friendly as he recognizes his old friends the Wild Kratts.
Physical Appearance[]
As a fawn, Buckaroo is small with a floppy right ear, similar to Hopster the red kangaroo joey. But as a buck, he is a massive full-grown white-tailed deer, with darkish brown fur and a twelve-point rack. He retains his floppy ear.
Background[]
While out for a walk, Chris and Martin stumble upon a young white-tailed deer fawn hiding in the grass. Martin names him Buckaroo and later sees him again after Wild Kratts kids Audrey and Leo find him all alone thinking he's lost. After explaining to the kids that it's natural to find a fawn alone in the grass, they work together to get Buckaroo back to where they found him.
About four years later, Chris is looking at Buckaroo's picture on his Creature Pod and everyone decides to help find him and see if he's still around. After finding a herd of bucks but no sign of Buckaroo, the Wild Kratts begin to think he's not around anymore. Suddenly, a full-grown Buckaroo appears and challenges one of the bucks to an antler fight and wins. Buckaroo then reunites with his old friends and everyone can see that he remembers them.
