Blimpy is a baby blowfish that learns from Puffy the adult blowfish. Chris and Martin originally found him in a shoal of plankton in the episode "Blowfish Blowout". He helped Koki and Aviva find the brothers after they were lost at sea.

In "Tortuga Tune Up" Blimpy apears, this time as a fully grown blowfish.
